  While the customer service at this location was awesome...the vehicle provided was not. The truck smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. None of the car charge ports worked with the exception of the usb port. With a car full of kids and tablets, that was horrible only having one charging port. Also, a day into our trip, we lifted the back seat up (this was an suv with a third row) and we noticed an old smelly umbrella, so clearly this vehicle was not cleaned thoroughly before it was given to us. Had we not been in a hurry to secure another vehicle as a previous car rental company mixed up our reservation-we would have not accepted the vehicle. please do better with ensuring the vehicles are clean and fully operable. We don't smoke, so it was horrible having to smell heavy smoke the entire 4 days. We even tried vacuuming it out, but the smell was embedded in the car and vents.
