  In response to Michelle Joys review. She was parked illegally in a parking controlled neighborhood. Was profane and vulgar towards the driver and proceeded to call and harass the owners of the company until the sheriff's office told her to cease and desist. Her violation was photographed in accordance with Maryland Law. Her actual name is Michelle Joy Sweetney and she likes to threaten people with bodily harm.
  
  Johns Towings operates within Maryland's legal guidelines for private property towing. Ms. Sweetney is disgruntled because her vehicle was going to be towed had she not attempt to drive it off the tow truck. She paid the vehicle drop fee and has done nonstop harassment since 1:40 am on 4/11/16.
